In the Residence there are large and elegant villas, as well as comfortable apartments on the ground floor and first floor. The individual properties consist of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a large veranda, with additional garden spaces at the back. Some of them also have an additional attic floor, with exposed wooden beams. The units, each equipped with a private parking space, are designed to allow maximum usability of the outdoor spaces, with large gardens and paths, all in complete autonomy.
