The Residence

In the Residence there are spacious and elegant cottages, as well as comfortable flats on the ground and first floor. The individual properties consist of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a large veranda, with additional garden space at the rear. Some of them also have an additional attic floor with exposed wooden beams. The units, each with its own private parking space, are built in such a way as to allow maximum use of outdoor spaces, with large gardens and driveways.
The units are built using tried and tested techniques, certified materials and the utmost care in both construction and finishing.
